This was my 12th year as Chief Judge of this Cavallino week finale event, which always provides some of the most beautiful and unique non-Ferraris ever made. Best Of Show was a 1933 Duesenberg SJ sport phaeton, in its day the biggest, most expensive, most powerful American car produced. The one-off 1952 Chrysler Ghia Styling Special took the top honors in the Classy Coupes & Convertibles segment. The trend-setting 1969 Lamborghini Miura “S” was Best in Class in the Iconic Sports Cars division.
