This is a car to drive and enjoy. A recent cosmetic restoration is supported by photographic documentation and a thick binder of receipts. The MB-Tex interior is well preserved. It has been gone through by a 280SL specialist, who rebuilt the alternator, replaced the gearshift lever bushings, changed the oil and filter, adjusted the valves, and addressed many other odds and ends.
